“Only in returning to me
and resting in me will you be saved.
In quietness and confidence is your strength.”
Whether a slow stroll down the concrete sidewalks of Hyde Park, a brisk barefoot walk on a sandy beach or an adventurous climb up a mountain, may you always come back and remember. Rest and quiet in small doses will save you from falling in a heap by next week.
Happy Sabbath Friends!

I on occasion have a hard time making it to choir and hand bell rehearsals as I
think I could sleep in or watch that series I always miss, or this or that or something else.
But every time I invest the time I am reward with a foretaste of heaven!
So on this most holy of days the Sabbath I will sit for a while and glorify the King of Glory in my heart!
All of creation speaks of the Glory and Creativity of our God! These photos are magnificent, Shelly! Thank you for the reminder to return and rest.
