Remembering that all things are His, today and every day. As the waves of struggle and elation roll through life’s circumstance, may we rest secure with cupped hands, that He gives us no more than we can sustain. Even when life is full of barnacles.

I have prayed Ps. 42 so many times. How thankful to know that Deep calls to deep when we are broken open like a empty shell…I love the verse that follows verse 7: “By day the Lord commands his steadfast love, and at night his song is with me, a prayer to the God of my life.” (ESV)
